Event Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

To confirm a booking you must pay a 50% Deposit, the remaining 50% is due 6 weeks before your event.

To cancel/reschedule:

- More than 6 months notice: Deposit will be fully refunded.

- 3 to 6 months notice: Deposit will be 50% refunded.

- 6 weeks to 3 months notice: No deposit refund

- 2 weeks to 6 weeks (14 - 42 days): 90% of the total booking cost is charged, 10% refunded.

- Less than 2 weeks: No refund (100% charged).
