• All tickets are non-refundable

• The Cafe is open to both to those who purchase tickets to the Hellfire Caves & any other visitors!

• Pushchairs & Wheelchairs: please note due to the nature of the caves and the width of the tunnels, the Hellfire Caves are unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs We do however provide pushchair parking and baby slings for your convenience

• All visitors can enjoy the cafe, gift shop and the courtyard at the entrance

• Please note dogs are not permitted in the caves or cafe but are permitted in courtyard

• Last admission to the actual Caves is 30 minutes before published closing times

• Caves can be dangerous.  In parts they are steep, narrow, slippery and dark.

• The floors are uneven and some of the ceilings are low.

• Appropriate footwear must be worn 

• On no account should visitors run

• All children must be accompanied by an adult

• WARNING: Sufferers of dizzy spells, faints, blackouts or loss of balance should not enter

• In the event of electricity failure emergency lighting will come on automatically 

• CCTV is in operation for your safety and security
